Dudeists of Australia Unite!

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text css_animation=”appear”]The Australian Brethren of Dudeism is a chapter of the worldwide phenomenon that is Dudeism. An ancient philosophy that preaches non-preachiness, practices as little as possible and helps you find peace of earth and goodwill.

The Church of Latter-Day Dude has over 450,000 ordained ministers around the world, and over its time a number of Australians have enjoyed the free flowing way of life that Dudeism has to offer.

The Australian Brethren of Dudeism is aimed at promoting Dudeism, supporting Ordained Australian Ministers of the church, offering networking opportunities and meet ups and providing information to those who may be interested in joining the world’s self proclaimed slowest-growing religion in the world.

On this Australian Brethren of Dudeism website you will be able to find out more about ourselves, as well as the religion of Dudeism. Be able to connect with other Australian followers and ministers, be able to get help and assistance towards being able to perform ceremonies as an Ordained Minister of the Church, and pick up some Dudeism products without the large postage fees associated with getting items shipped from America – the mecca of Dudeism.

While the church and religion is based on the cult-movie The Big Lebowski, it is not affiliated with the movie in any way, nor with its creators/producers. The religion of Dudeism is also inspired by Taoism, Zen, Humanism and much more.

The Australian Brethren of Dudeism mainly focuses on what is deemed ‘Abideism’ which is the philosophy of the Dudeism religion while avoiding, or mostly avoiding, the Lebowski iconography.

Therefore much of our services are focused away from the Lebowski iconography and some parts of our help or information, that can be seen in its original form at the Worldwide Dudeism website may have been slightly edited to remove or alter the Lebowski jargon/iconography to make it easier to understand to those who are not fans of the film.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_empty_space height=”120px”][vc_single_image image=”139″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css_animation=”appear”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
